C & W Partners are an employer of choice among rural New South Wales accounting firms. Each year we provide a limited number of school leavers an opportunity to enter the C & W Cadetship Program.
Working with C & W Partners will provide you with the perfect opportunity to commence your accounting career and provide the tools necessary for complete professional development. You will be inducted to the C & W Mentorship Program. This program advances your learning using intensive on the job training on a one on one basis with your team manager, a senior qualified staff member. The program also provides significant weekly tutorship with all our partners. C & W Mentorship is conducted on a broad and exciting range of clients and encompasses all aspects of accounting.
C & W Mentorship in addition with our extensive in house training, provides access to the educational resources of the internationally recognised Institute of Chartered Accountants, Certified Practicing Accountants and National Tax Accountants Association.

We offer two pathways to school leavers wanting to commence their accounting career. These paths are flexible and can be tailored suit the individual.
Full time internal study at a university of your choice. You will be enrolled in an accredited course that will enable enrolment in the Institute of Chartered Accountants CA Program or the Certified Practicing Accounts Program.
While completing your degree you will receive a weekly living allowance and reimbursement for text books required by the course. You will be employed during university holidays and gain valuable on the job training. In addition you will be provided with two weeks annual leave. Upon course completion you will receive guaranteed full time employment.
External part time study through a university of your choice. You will be enrolled in an accredited course that will enable enrolment in the Institute of Chartered Accountants CA Program or the Certified Practicing Accounts Program.
We also provide the opportunity for individual candidates to study using a blend of both internal and external study. The mixture of internal or external study is your decision and is available to all candidates.
We will provide you with full time employment while studying part time. You will be entitled to four weeks annual leave per year and five days per semester study leave. You will be reimbursed for the cost of all text books that the course requires. You will be granted unlimited use of our internet facilities, corporate, audit and taxation libraries. Upon course completion you will receive guaranteed full time employment.
