C & W Partners are an employer of choice among rural New South Wales accounting practices. Annually we provide a limited number of opportunities to University Graduates to enter our Graduate Program.
You have worked hard for the last three years to obtain your degree. The C & W Partners Graduate Program recognises the work already completed and builds upon this knowledge to allow you to advance upon your career development path.
You will be inducted into the C & W Mentorship Program and will receive extensive one on one training by your team leader. Your training will also be enhanced with weekly training meetings with our partners coupled with all the training resources of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Certified Practicing Accountants and the National Tax Accountants Association.
Upon completion of the prerequisite training period you will be encouraged to further your professional development by entry into the CA Program or the CPA Program to allow membership to either professional body. It is your choice what path you take and we will support your development by ,
- Module Costs,
- Five Days study per Module,
- Access to all legal, taxation and corporate libraries, &
- Reimbursement of travel costs.
