You have done the hard work and now have your CA or CPA qualification. At C & W we understand the most important thing for you now is to grow professionally and we can help you do this.
By this time you would have normally advanced to senior level and would have become a significant member in your partner’s team. You will have considerable client contact and job responsibility, whilst still benefiting from the continued C & W mentorship of your manager and partner to ensure you are ready to take the next step to manager level.
Your professional development will continue with regular internal training and CA and CPA external sessions to ensure your CPE hours are achieved and you continue to update and groom your skills and knowledge base
Once at manager level you will be responsible for the workflow of a large group of clients and will need to organise "your" team to ensure that work deadlines are met.
You will have close contact with your team partner and by now will b an important member of the firm’s management team.
Salary levels now will be based on performance and fee production and will be reviewed annually in line with the firm’s salary review program. |
