Manager – Business Services
C & W Partners is a large rural practice consisting of 5 partners and 25 team members. With over 85 years of servicing a diverse range of clients throughout NSW and Queensland, C & W Partners have earned a reputation as a progressive and modern practice with exceptional levels of client service.
As a team leader you will manage delegation of partner assigned tasks and supervision of junior team members through to job completion. These tasks will include completion of tax returns, BAS, IAS, management financial reporting, financial reporting, budgeting, investment analysis and future wealth creation for a host of clients who you will continuously interact with. These clients will include companies both private and public, partnerships, trusts, superannuation funds, individuals and not for profit entities.
As a leader you will also become a member of our leadership group, guiding the internal training requirements for junior team members. This group also focuses on the whole practice by reporting and implementing ideas relating to practice improvements directly to the managing partner.
To be eligible, you must be CA/CPA qualified (or close to completing these programs) or possess substantial industry experience. You will also require;
· High computer literacy and technical knowledge,
· At least 3/4 years actual practice experience,
· Proven record of working as a senior in practice,
· Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills,
· The ability to supervise and to work unsupervised, and
· Have a desire to succeed and advance your career.
