C & W has a team of 27 members including 4 partners and 23 staff.

As a firm we are committed to ensuring our team has access to appropriate and relevant levels of training to ensure their personal knowledge and skill base continues to grow.
The practice operates 5 business units which include the partner and support team servicing a client base. This partner/team approach allows for work to be completed on a timely basis and allows clients to have access to suitably experienced team members at all times.

Partner
Cathy joined the merged firm this year after operating her own practice for 6 years. Cathy also completed her degree through U.N.E. Cathy has worked for accounting firms in the Darling Downs and New England and also had a number of years as the CFO for a machinery dealership. Cathy qualified as a chartered accountant in 1987.
Cathy has travelled extensively and enjoys art and pottery outside of Bridge Street.
Cathy’s client focus is business services and taxation advice.

Partner
Chris joined the firm as a partner in 2005 after completing his accounting degree also with U.N.E. Chris qualified as a chartered accountant in 2003. Chris’ client focus is business services, taxation and audit.
Chris has been a keen footballer for most of his life spending time early in his career with the Sydney Roosters and also being a member of the mighty Weebolla Bulls unbeaten 78 game winning streak.

Practice Manager
Gay had been with the former Cummins and Wallace for several years and was the obvious choice to be the Practice Manager of the merged firm.
Gay has extensive IT knowledge, specialising in Phoenix and MYOB software applications and is also responsible for our internal practice software.
Gay with husband Danny has two grown up children, Todd a farm manager and Lauren a nursing sister.
Gay’s passion outside of work is her garden and she is an active member of the Moree Garden Club.
